Keratin Complex is the strongest and longer lasting of the company’s treatments and can be performed every 4-5 months, depending on the texture of the hair, the home care and the frequency of the shampooing process. The courser the hair, the curlier the hair, the faster the maintenance. Also, the more frequent the shampoo processes, the fastest the keratin wears off the hair. On the other hand, if hair is fine to medium and gets shampooed less often, the keratin will last longer. Another variable is the choice of home care. If the prescribed at home products used, (no sodium or sulfites) the keratin will last longer.

The Personalized Keratin can be performed every 3 months. Again all of the above variables apply to the Personalized keratin treatment too.

The Keratin Blow Out will last on average 1-2 months depending on how the hair is treated at home.

Keratin treatments can smooth hair out, control frizz and create a smoother surface, however, too much Keratin can cause hair to feel brittle and dry. So, while you might want straighter, smother hair all the time, getting Keratin treatments too often can cause an unwanted dry texture to the hair. Remember to allow all of the Keratin to wear off the hair, and treat it with moisturizing treatments in between Keratin services.
